how can I organize in my mind, all the rules about generics templates and appliance of concepts super and extends, for methods params?

Simple answer: don't memorize! Instead of trying to memorize each application as a 'rule', try to understand how generics work, and how the super and extends keywords apply. All you need to do is understand how Java binds class types with generics. If you understand that, you wouldn't have anything to remember as rules of applications.
